FLEX INTO FALL starts August 30, 2025 and continues at Owner's discretion through late Sept or early October. 
FLEX INTO FALL Rates:  $500 night (4 night minimum) plus 7.375% sales tax plus $500 Security Deposit (of which $200 is a non-refundable cleaning fee.)
